Hollywood star Elijah Wood has branded the US election 'a circus' and claimed Donald Trump does not have the 'character' to be president. The Lord Of The Rings actor said he was disturbed by the race between Mr Trump and Hillary Clinton ahead of the final presidential debate in Las Vegas.
