SEAL BEACH, CA - AUGUST 15: A damaged Tesla sits on a tow truck after a collision in the HOV lane on the northbound 405/22 Freeway in Seal Beach after a fatal traffic accident on Monday. According to CHP, the accident happened when a Chevy Tahoe crossed the double yellow lane and entered the number two HOV lane. The Tahoe rear ended a Tesla which was pushed in to a Honda Civic. Two young girls were in the back seat of the Tesla.
