JUL 9 1980 Mother, Children protest enforcement of child support laws Donna S. Smith of Denver and her six children parked themselves on teh Capitol's west steps Wednesday morning to protest what she claims is inadequate enforcement of Colorado child support laws. Mrs. Smith, who has a 7-year-old and a 6-year-old by a marriage which ended in 1976, said she is supposed to be receiving $60 a month from her former husband, who lives in Chicago, but only receives support sporadically. She feels the Denver district attorney's office isn't working hard enough to get the support money.
