New York, UNITED STATES: (FILES) File picture taken 10 November 1997 shows Christopher Burge, chairman of Christie's (L), starting the bidding for Pablo Picasso's painting, "Le Reve" in New York at an auction of the collection of Victor and Sally Ganz. According to reports 18 October, 2006 a US casino magnat, Steve Wynn, who was planning to sell his Picasso painting for 139 millions USD, gave up his project after making accidentally a hole, with his elbow, in the middle of the painting a couple of weeks ago.
