MONS, BELGIUM - NOVEMBER 09: Prime Minister Theresa May lays a wreath at the graves of John Parr, the first British soldier to be killed in 1914, and George Ellison, the last to be killed before Armistice at the St Symphorien Military Cemetery on November 9, 2018 in Mons, Belgium. The armistice ending the First World War between the Allies and Germany was signed at Compiègne, France on eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month - 11am on the 11th November 1918.
