Santa Ana, CA - February 06: David Springfield, with a city-contracted cleaning service (*Center Maintenance, Anaheim if we want to print name) steam cleans water-based red paint off the Alex Odeh memorial statue in front of the Santa Ana Library Thursday, February. 6, 1997.
