Italian tomato sauce "Napoli" style surrounded by some tomatoes, parmesan cheese, fresh oregano leaves and uncooked pasta. "Napoli" (Naples) is a very simple traditional Italian sauce, made with few ingredients (tomato, garlic, onion, oregano, salt and olive oil). This sauce can also be used with other kind of food such as pizza, meats or vegetables, on a bruschetta or as a dip. Due its simplicity, it is a very versatile sauce.
