La Palma Volcano Returns To Expel Lava After A Break In Its Activity
LA PALMA, SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, SPAIN - SEPTEMBER 27: The Cumbre Vieja volcano on La Palma is once again spewing out lava and pyroclasts after hours of relative inactivity, on 27 September in Tacande de Abajo, El Paso, La Palma, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. The Cumbre Vieja volcano, which erupted on Sunday 19 September, came to a halt in its activity on Monday morning. After several hours, the volcano has reactivated and has begun to emit pyroclasts and strombolian explosions.
