David Amess stray animals Bill

David Amess, MP for Southend West in Essex, with four-legged support outside the Houses of Parliament ahead of a new stray animals Bill he is proposing. The Bill, endorsed by animal welfare organisations, aims help to stop the tug of war between old owners and new owners, when stray animals are found then rehoused with new owners, that sometimes end up in Court battles and litigation costing several thousand pounds for both parties.
