Japan: Kagami Dam Discharge Due To Water Overflow In Kochi
As an effect of Typhoon Mitag passing through the Sea of Japan, rain clouds developed mainly in western Japan, bringing heavy rains. Within Kochi Prefecture, record short-time heavy rain information was issued at around 9 am in Susaki City, Tosa City, and Kochi City. Massive flooding also resulted from the torrential rains. The Shikoku region is warned of a high possibility of landslides. Kagami Dam in Kochi prefecture was discharged due to the increase of water level.1 min 15 sec video .
