MS Bud Abbott and Lou Costello stand in line to purchase war bonds, war bond posters in background, cross dialogue with gags, Costello asks what is the stamp for, Abbott answers: for the defense; Costello says: you put the stamp on the fence, whom do you mail the fence to? / man inside window asks: your name please. / SOT Abbott explains to Costello: "You don't understand.
