California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher says in his farewell to the House that there was a very powerful segment who wanted to reignite the Cold War, war with Russia so he tried to be reasonable making him very powerful enemies, proud of his stand, the American people wanted cooperation with Russia were mutually beneficial, absurdly labeled Putin's Congressman, declaring everything is based on his love of country and what would be good for the people working with Russia to defend radical Islamic terrorists is the right thing to do.
