UPS Uses Cyclists To Expand Delivery Services

A driver, who indicated he didn't mind being photographed, cycles on a tricycle delivery vehicle to deliver packages for UPS in the rain on January 31, 2018 in Berlin, Germany. According to the driver UPS introduced the service several months ago in an apparent effort to expand its delivery abilities.
