Congresswoman Velázquez says Hernandez pardon proves Caribbean actions not about drugs but money and oil
New York Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez says at a news conference on President Trump having issued a pardon to release former Honduran President Hernández from a US prison that you could not slander millions of immigrants as criminals while letting someone who had committed serious crimes and corruption go free, stated this pardon made clear that administration's actions in Caribbean were not about drugs not about safety and not about protecting American people but it was about money and it was about oil, that Republicans in Congress needed to find spine as their constitutional duty was oversight especially when US forces may have carried out illegal double trap strike.
