Texas Congressman Joaquin Castro says at a press conference with House Democrats that a resolution of inquiry in the Foreign Affairs Committee asks President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to provide documents and communications from the 2016 campaign season relating to adversary Russia, calling on Speaker Paul Ryan to allow a vote on a sanctions bill passed by the Senate, concluding that all relevant facts must come to light, and the United States suffered a catastrophic event when Russia tried to interfere in the election, inviting others like the Chinese or nonstate actors to interfere, which is simply unacceptable.
