I'd seen Tom Dean and the swimmers reception. That was so much bigger than I expected.- What you doing in next few weeks? Not thinking about training. Have friends I haven't seen for a very long time because of the isolation we had to go through prior to the Games.- Modern Pentathlon had a very successful Olympics? So happy that Kate did so well as well, been really nice to share it with her. So good for the sport and we've had our chance to put it in the spotlight.- Kate's success spur you on?Definitely. We have a joke that our results tend to match each other. When she won gold, I was thinking I have to win to make sure she doesn't have one up on me.- Looking to Paris?Yeah but I will only start to think about it in a few months. There's a format change that we need to get our heads round first.- What does it mean to stand on that podium? At the time I was in a bit of disbelief. Only now that I look at pictures that I remember being there. It's a dream come true.Close-up of Choong's gold medal / Choong posing with fans
