Ben Tre is a province located in the southwest of Vietnam, famous for many specialties such as coconut, mango, rice paper, pancakes, banh tet, little cake, banh phu thi and many other dishes. My Long rice paper is one of the specialties of Ben Tre. The cake is made from rice flour mixed with coconut milk, white sesame, sugar and a few other ingredients. After finishing, the cake is left to dry in the sun. Besides, rice paper is also processed with many different dishes such as pork rice paper rolls, shrimp rice paper rolls with meat, rice paper rolls with spring rolls and many other types of rice paper.
