MIRIAM COLLEGE, QUEZON, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION, PHILIPPINES - 2016/09/21: The first candles are lighted. Miriam College held a Eucharistic Mass in memory of the people who died during the war on drugs. Candles are light up in their memory and a march to Katipunan Avenue to a pedestrian overpass. This is also in celebration of International Day of Peace by the students and faculty of Miriam College with a theme "Mahalaga ang Buhay" (Life is Precious).
