Among the highlights are a carnival street party, massed samba band performances, a UNESCO music stage and the return of SURGE, the festival within a festival..Starting on Thursday 25 July, the Merchant City Festival will bring the streets and venues of Glasgow’s Cultural quarter bursting to life until Sunday 28 July.
