Several beaches in Ukraine's Black Sea city port of Odessa were officially reopened for swimming for the first time since the start of the Russian invasion, bathing remained banned during air raid alerts, an Anti-mine net was placed in between two piers to prevent swimmers encountering shallow-water mines many of which were dislodged by flood waters from the destruction of Kakhovka dam under control of the Russian military.
