Northern Ireland: Devolution crisis talks: Mark Durkan; Mark Durkan statment continued SOT- I think it is significant some people should learn a lesson from there/ I was one who tried to engage in commercial talks/ At least some safety net in the background/ it didn't have to be leaned on/ we have been consistent - we know the parades commission doesn't have to be the only commission in town - DUP cant pass a top without going over it/ DUP have been sitting on a 'triple lock veto'/ Going to exact a price, clear for sometime the parade commission/ the issue of parades is an issue that can set us back if it isn't handled properly/ parades, policing and politics issues that can set us back/ those of us whove invested a lot of time don't want to see DUP use their 'vanity veto'
