Northern Ireland: Devolution crisis talks: Peter Robinson; Peter Robonson statement continued SOT- At the heart of this there are two issues - not a party political quibble/ Policing and justice is a critical a factor - Sensitive matter, life and death/ Need to be sure our powers are going to be dealt with to ensure everybody is dealt with fairly/ cannot have a dysfunctional justice department/ breakdown of decisions- Other issue is of parading - Major unresolved issue of parading/ Sinn Fein put up front issue of policing and justice/ Both only partially content with how matters have been resolved/ Parading moved at faster pace than policing and justice issue/ Sinn Fein held back on parading because they want it at same speed as policing and justice - we believe the same- Not right that one person's key agenda item should be dealt with faster than other/ we're going to roll up our sleeves today - we are up for it/ Hope others are as serious as we are
