Dust Devil Spotted Churning Through Utah Neighborhood

A dust devil swirled through a construction site in Eagle Mountain, Utah, as seen in https://twitter.com/leeannbateman/status/1404582380258545668 taken on June 14. Filmed by LeeAnn Bateman, the video shows the dust devil whirling past homes. In the video, she is heard exclaiming,"I'm a storm chaser!" Bateman told Storyful that the dust devil crossed over a deep gulch and made its way through a small residential construction site, carrying debris for approximately five acres. The National Weather Service shared the video on https://twitter.com/NWSSaltLakeCity/status/1404599890387165186 Twitter and wrote that it is "not uncommon to see these when it's this hot and dry."
