Timelapse footage of a stack of lenticular clouds over mountains. Lenticular clouds form when air moves over mountains and is forced upwards, which sets up a standing wave downwind of the mountain. If the temperature at the crest of the wave is below the dew point, clouds will form. Filmed in the USA on a winter afternoon.
