Roll with dough on table in bakery. Confectioner standing at desk in spacious bakehouse forms pastry with quick light movements patting soft sticky surface slowly unfolding metal reel. Freshly prepared base for lush buns is almost ready to be neatly cut into identical small strips and grease with sweet glaze. Place in heat-resistant mold and bake at high temperature for twenty minutes until appetizing ruddy crust forms.
