Vector illustration is showing a business team while making a business strategy. Businessmen and businesswomen are represented as silhouettes placed on lower bottom part of illustration. Above them there are placed different speech bubbles which are metaphor for communication. We can also see a team leader on the right and team participants on the left side. From composition it is clearly visible, that there is an interaction between all participants. They are all connected with a dashed lines in a shape of a mind map. Illustration is telling a story with all elements that are included: puzzles for improvements; gears and brain for thinking; globe with chess figure for strategic plans; pipe for new information; target for goals; electric bulb for new idea; magnifying glass with dollar sign for searching a profit ect... Illustration is made mainly from blue and its shadows (psychology of blue color is mainly related with business and smart decisions) and there are also some accents made with bright orange, yellow and green colors and its shades. Illustration is nicely layered and easy for editing.
