Kurdish Forces Occupy Ruins Of Sinjar After Liberation From Daesh

SINJAR, IRAQ - NOVEMBER 15: Kurdish Peshmerga show what they say is a mass grave of more than 50 Yazidis killed by ISIL on November 15, 2015 in Sinjar, Iraq. Kurdish forces, with the aid of massive U.S.-led coalition airstrikes, liberated Sinjar from ISIL extremists, known in Arabic as Daesh, in recent days. Local Yazidi fighters who fought with Kurdish forces have been taking any salvagable items out of the rubble, the town being uninhabitable and perilously close to the frontline.
