Hamas Says It Can't Find Dead Hostages as Israel Pushes Back

Palestinian militants wearing the uniform of the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, monitor vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as they collect the remains of Israeli hostages handed over by Hamas in Gaza City, Gaza, on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025. Hamas says it's handed over all the bodies of hostages that it can find without special machinery in the devastated Gaza Strip, but Israel says it's not trying hard enough and owes at least another dozen under the terms of the ceasefire.
