Massive Transient/Homeless Cleanup Operation at Major Sacramento Business Park
Lathrop Way and Commerce Circle in the Johnson Business park is a very heavily populated transient area, cluttering the streets with dilapidated RV's, tents, tarps, wood pallets, etc.Late last week, code enforcement tagged every transient-related RV's and vehicle for towing. Monday morning, Sacramento Code Enforcement along with Sacramento Police's IMPACT team, made good on those notices, towing, even dragging inoperable RVs away.
