Epididymis, light micrograph. The lumen of the duct is lined with pseudostratified epithelium (brown). A thin layer of smooth muscle (red) surrounds the tubules and facilitates movement of the lumen's contents. Large numbers of sperm (green) are present in each lumen. Magnification: x120 when printed at 10 centimetres wide.
